教牧書信是提摩太前書、後書、提多書，是使徒保羅所寫的最後三卷書信。

他面對當時教會的處境，寫信給提摩太與提多。此三卷書的內容是論到教會生活與教牧事奉，因而自十八世紀起被合稱為「教牧書信Pastoral Epistles」。

這三封書信不只是寫給提摩太或提多，也是寫給所有信徒，包括今日的你我，使我們知道「在天父的家中，當怎樣行」（提前3：15）。

今日有些教會的光 景，亂象叢生，彷彿是回到主耶穌當時的聖殿時代，已不再是萬民禱告的殿，甚至變成了賊窩（太21：13；可11：17）。我們當以主耶穌的心為心，應當以我父的殿 （家）為念（路2：49），讓我們靠主恩典效法主耶穌「為我父的殿，心裏焦急如同火燒」（約2：17）！我們當如何悔改歸正，避免我們在神的家中任意妄為？此教牧書信正是教導我們在天父的家（教會）裏當如何生活與事奉，所以我們應當仔細研讀並謹守遵行。

本書言簡意賅，以導論起始，內容分為七十五課，按題分段、逐節查考，每課皆有問題討論。旨在幫助信徒仔細研讀《教牧書信》精義，適合個人每日研讀默想、家庭靈修分享、團契小組查經、主日學課程。
