趙中輝牧師，遼寧省開原縣人，1916年出生。日本關西學院大學文學士；美國賓州日內瓦大學榮譽神學博士。1949年與美籍宣教士包義森牧師創辦基督教改革宗翻譯社，曾任改革宗翻譯社及〈信仰與生活〉季刊主編。趙中輝牧師一生致力於基督教改革宗神學書籍的翻譯工作達五十餘年。 1968-1992年在台主持工作，1992年退休後在美國加州仍繼續翻譯神學作品。譯著有：《基督教神學》、《千囍年論》、《基督教預定論》、《基督教神學概論》、《現代神學論評》、《基督教教義史》、《與神同行》、《贖罪論》等七十餘種神學書籍。另編著：《英漢神學名詞辭典》(1998)。
